It spreads easily and keeps the feet soft and crack-free. I use it on my hands but the feeling is a bit sticky like I said. Not so with the feet though, probably because they are more drier and need heavy butters. Also, one thing I would mention is though this cream is really heavy for my hands, it is great when my skin is peeling off. I have a problem with extremely dry and cracked skin whenever I work with dust and mud and this cream does take good care of my skin at that time.
