Too Faced Then and Now Cheers to 20 Years Eyeshadow Palette ($59.00 for 0.80 oz.) is exactly what I’d expect from the brand to celebrate their 20th anniversary. From the types of colors to the finishes to the color scheme and to the packaging, it’s so on-brand that it really seemed fitting for this particular milestone.
