Too Faced Lemon Zest Twinkle Twinkle Liquid Glitter Eye Shadow ($22.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a a medium gold with warm undertones and a mixture of fine and medium-sized glitter particles–it didn’t seem quite as chunky as some of the other shades with respect to the glitter content. It seemed to have a transparent base, so I’m not sure where “full-coverage” has much of a chance to come into play.
